We do not provide your details to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
We do not use cookies to identify you in any way. When you use our Search facility we do not record your activity other than to aggregate (without any identifying personal information) for our own analysis purposes.
We respect your privacy and only send emails to you in response to your expressed interest.
For your protection, we do not store any credit card information on our computers. As soon as a credit card transaction is completed, your number is deleted from our system.
Any information you give us about yourself will be stored by us and may be disclosed to, processed and used by ourselves, or PayPal who assist us in providing services to you. e.g. we may use the information to confirm identity or credit details, for fraud prevention procedures, money laundering checks, audit confirmations or debt collection procedures. This may involve transferring your data to countries outside the european economic area.

Security

We will not disclose your information to any other third parties without your written permission (email/electronic accepted).
You must keep secret any personal identification numbers or other security codes that Aircrew Remembrance Society gives you for access to the Aircrew Remembrance Society shop system, and comply with all reasonable instructions that Aircrew Remembrance Society issues in relation to keeping such personal details safe.
You should also make sure that any internet payment transaction you make is done in a secure environment. So make sure no one is looking over your shoulder, right!

Aircrew Remembrance Society sell downloads of data, goods and services to you subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using Aircrew Remembrance Society, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Postage
Will not apply to downloads - documents and or photographs are available to be posted - please contact webmaster for postage, printing and other charges as applicable.

Stock
Most products we carry in stock and can be downloaded immediately. Items which are not on site can take longer to be ready for despatch. We will try and keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Sending The Order

Find the item(s) you want using the site search facility if available, and add the product(s) to the Aircrew Remembrance Society shopping basket. Press the order button, then fill in the order form with your details.
Please note, you will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted.

Secure Web Order & Credit Card

We can only accept Paypal which does include MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and Maestro cards for payment, though we may be offering other payment methods in future. Credit card fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities.
When entering credit card details TAKE GREAT CARE that they are correct as this is the most common way to delay your order. The credit card number is the long number across the middle of the card, (NOT the "Card No." printed at the bottom) and should contain no letters. Enter the expiry date (NOT the "valid from" date). Switch/Maestro users must also include the issue number.

Cancellations
Download purchases cannot be cancelled. Please see separate section on "Download Sales".

The Website
Obviously we want this website to be available around the world, 24/7 but this is not always possible. We will do our best to maintain access.
We publish the Aircrew Remembrance Society website for the use and viewing of all interested parties, but its entire contents, text, data files and images are copyright and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Please do not attempt to break, hack or alter our site - It took us many hours, days and weeks of loving care and thought to put together.

"Parental Advisory Warning"
It is possible that, from time to time, some people might regard our work as unsuitable for minors under the age of 18, although we do not hold this view. If you are under the age of 18, you should consider reviewing these terms and conditions with your parent or guardian first. Parents, please view the site and listen to its content at your own discretion and allow access accordingly. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for material you deem to be unsuitable.

Download Sales: Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase an item from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order and how to collect item(s). Your order represents an offer to us to purchase an item, which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation that we've made that product available to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you.
You will then be able to access links that will allow you to download your purchased files. You can download a second copy of the files to a second computer OF YOURS within thirty days. Your login and password data are privileged information and unique to you and must not be given to anyone else.

Broken Links or Download Error
If you experience a problem when downloading material or encounter a broken link then please inform us immediately via methods indicated on the website or by sending an email to the contact address given, giving details of item, date/time and any relevant order number you may have.
If any download file persistently fails to complete, you may request that we withdraw your access to the file and we will refund the full value of the file to you.

Availability
We shall make every effort to ensure that downloads which you have purchased are available for collection immediately or at any time within thirty days of the date of purchase. However it is possible that at times of very heavy demand or in case of exceptional technical problems you may be requested to collect your file(s) at another time.

After Sale
After an item has been purchased and downloaded onto your Data Storage Device (e.g. computer, or any medium on which data can be stored, whether existing now or in the future), you are permitted to have such copies be made available for your own private and domestic use only.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
