REASON FOR LOSS:
Took off from Rosiers with one other aircraft (Fw 190A-5/U8 Wnr. 0077 Fw Wilhelm Haas) on sortie to London at 8.01 p.m, both aircraft & pilots failed to return! One fell to the guns of a Mosquito from No. 85 Squadron which crashed into the sea 3 miles off Hastings, Sussex.
Before joining 3./SKG10 Friedrich flew Stuka's with Stukageschwader 77.
