REASON FOR LOSS:

Damaged by Spitfire of No. 41 Squadron (Bennions) during recce-mission to London, crash landed near to the Calais-St.Omer road, Pont de Briques. Eduard Leuchs passed away in Boulogne hospital on the 22.09.40 due to injuries sustained.
