(1) Gnr II Roy Andrew Trundle is buried in the family plot in Lowestoft and his details are entered on the family headstone. In the early nineties his surviving relatives decided it would be more appropriate to request the move of the C.W.G.C headstone to be with the other crew at the Great Yarmouth (Caister) Cemetery. We are indebted to author Kevin Bending (Hon Historian 97 Squadron) and to Bob Collis for providing this update. We hope to receive further information and photographs soon from Kevin.
